Privacy Policy

This page explains how we handle personal data when you visit the website or contact us.

Processing of Customer and Contract Data

When entering into or administering contractual relationships, we process only the data required for performance (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). After the relationship ends, data is deleted once statutory retention periods expire. Data is shared only if needed to fulfill the contract.

Data Collection on Our Website

We collect as little personal data as possible. You provide data via contact forms or newsletter sign-ups. Visits trigger server log files that contain browser type, operating system, referrer, host name, time stamp and IP address.

Your Rights

You can request information about stored data, correction, blocking or deletion, as well as portability or restriction of the processing. Contact the email address listed in the imprint. You also have a right to complain to the competent supervisory authority.

Analysis Tools & Cookies

We use cookies to keep functions running and anonymously analyze usage. This includes Google Tag Manager, Facebook plugins and embedded videos or fonts. You can disable cookies via your browser, but this may limit the website experience.

Hosting & Server Log Files

STRATO AG (Pascalstraße 10, 10587 Berlin) hosts our content. The servers store log files with browser, OS, referrer, host and IP data. Legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Third-Party Tools

We use Peponito (Trigemis GmbH, Strato data center) for planning and organization. Landing pages and webinars rely on ClickFunnels, Webinaris and Klick-Tipp. IP addresses and timestamps are processed on the basis of your consent.

Fonts & Embedded Media

Google Web Fonts as well as plugins from Facebook, YouTube and Vimeo are embedded on the basis of legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). When your browser loads these resources, personal data may be transmitted to the respective providers.

Payment Providers

We process payments via PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie; please refer to the PayPal privacy policy for further details.

Albacross

Albacross links your IP address to organization information, without identifying individuals. The data helps us understand which organizations visit our site. See the Albacross privacy policy for details.

Newsletter & Registrations

All newsletter registrations use double opt-in. We store your IP address and the timestamps of registration, confirmation and cancellation to protect against misuse.

Updates

We keep this privacy policy up to date. Status: 11/2022.
